I've been dealing with No1 Tax for over 10 years now, they would take care of my over seas tax credit and my DTC paperwork. I have never had a problem yet with them. We drop off all of our documents and they call us when. It's done.

Have gone here for over a decade because this is who my family uses. I was very happy until this year, when my 2019 return was done so incorrectly that it doubled my yearly earnings...which meant I didn't receive more than half of my refund. When I called them to ask about the issue they blamed it on me 'receiving an unusual amount of bursary/scholarship money' and told me that no one ever gets that amount so they 'assumed' it was income. Except it was a T4A...you would think that the 'tax people' would know what a T4A implies. They then blamed it on the new software they got this year, saying that it automatically 'checks a box' and someone missed unchecking it. My refund was only reassessed today by the CRA (due to COVID slowing processing down). I wasn't offered an apology, I wasn't offered any sort of refund or a discount for next year. They actually tried to tell me that there would be no change in my refund amount because clearly, they still had not paid attention to my personal tax situation. I understand mistakes, but I expect people to own up to them - especially when I've paid for a service that directly impacted my pocket for literally 6 months now. I'm not saying don't go here, but make sure that you understand tax law so that you can double check that the 'professionals' did your taxes properly.
