When it was Ron Noble Insurance it was 5 stars. Now, it's terrible. I spent over 30 minutes on hold before I was able to talk to someone. I used their call back feature and when I was finally called back, I was put on hold for 25 minutes! Now, my daughter has bought a new car and needs it insured, she calls and the message says,"closed during the holidays ", but doesn't say what day they return. The message also says, "if this is an emergency press 3 to be connected..." She presses 3 and the line just keeps ringing! No answer!!!
We try their website for information on when we can talk to an insurance broker and they have nothing posted about the holiday hours, although they do mention that they no longer accept walk ins. So, we drive to the office in the Rexall plaza and guess what?
NO INFORMATION!
Why not have a phone message saying when you're closed and when you're opening again?
Why not have someone answering the emergency calls?
Why not post this information on your website?
Why am I and my family stuck with you? Ha! We're not. My family and I will test a few other brokers out and switch asap.
I just wish Ron Noble never sold his business. I miss that personal experience.

They must be busy enough and are not interested in new clients. Steve made me feel belittled. I have dealt with a lot of companies but never one so awkward and uncomfortable of a conversation. I felt like I was putting him out taking his time. What a shame I was looking to change and support a local business.

The staff at Ron Noble Insurance is very good. My favorite part about working with them is that they are always very prompt about getting back to you with the necessary information. They always return your phone calls instead of ignoring you. I would absolutely recommend them.

Ron Noble Insurance is under new management. I had a nightmare of a time trying to contact a customer service rep. I was bounced around the phone system so many times that I simply gave up and took my business elsewhere.

My family and I recently moved from our home to a new home. When we moved, the staff at Ron Noble Insurance did a great job getting us the information that we needed as quickly as possible. They also issued the new policy for us to make sure that we were always covered properly.

I was with Ron Noble insurance for years and they were fantastic to deal with. NFP has now taken over and every interaction and dealing I have had with this new company is horrible. Would give 0 stars if I could. Will be taking my business elsewhere when it is time to renew

These guys shouldn’t even have 1 star. Since NFP took over they are so unprofessional and literally couldn’t care less that I had a deadline to get a policy active. Needless to say I will be cancelling all policies that have with them. Why don’t bad companies like this just do everyone a favour and shut down. Take my word for it, ANY other instance company out there will serve you better.
