Poor access for handicap people. Had my cousin from the U.S. there last week. No handicap access for wheelchair or walker even from the inside parking. As well ignorant staff when it comes to bathroom use. There are businesses there, coffee store, bank, school as well as courts, so by law, bathrooms must be an accommodation. It was not , however 1 security gave us the code so my cousin who is handicapped could use the washroom. This is unacceptable for all reasons and looks bad especially from visitors from Canada , U.S. and worldwide. Overcharging as well for poor parking, no handicap access, only stairs. Unreal and try using stairs with a wheelchair or walker. Staff are ridiculous and the most ignorant we have ever experienced. 0 is our ratings for Atlantic Place. My advice, don’t bother using or going there for any reason. The elevators were not located after you open the door, stairs were there. Go down a few flights then there was an elevator. So on the site, they state “ wheelchair accessible” is not correct. They are not wheelchair or walker accessible both in the garage and the main entrance. The main entrance also has stairs and no ramps are available. GET A GRIP and be truthful. You just don’t care. Most businesses DT, even if very small, have ramps. Totally unacceptable and disgusting from a supposed business.

Can’t even call them. Tried multiple times and get repeat messages. If you press 0 it says hold for a minute and then cuts you off
