Mr. Nie was recommended to me by a friend's friend to be my lawyer for selling the old house in the beginning. He was very reachable when i needed him even at 10 pm in the evening because i was signing contract with my buyer and had some questions need to be answered quickly. He never complained it was too late etc. On the contrary, my buyer's lawyer completely shut down the phone and not reachable at all. So i decided to hire him as my lawyer for buying a new house as well. It proved that i made right decision without regret.
