These guys are absolutely amazing. Today I was stranded with my dog and car issues an hour and a half away from home. Not only did they take me in immediately but they allowed my dog to come into the waiting room out of the cold. They looked at and worked on my car so they could get me on the road to make it back home to the Dealership that caused the issue in the first place. I know they were busy because I heard them tell another person they were booking into next week. Definitely recommend this amazing shop! I wish you continued success!!

Me and my girlfriend where on our way to the sabres game. We had a flat on the highway. Bill took us in at 5 on a Friday when they easily could of said no. We got the tire fixed and made it to the game. Highly recommend

Garrison Automotive has always provided me with great service but I was even more impressed with my last visit. I took my vehicle in for rear brake service. I dropped the car off in the evening and was notified early the next morning that the work was complete and that there would be no charge for pads or rotors under the goodwill warranty plan. I fully expected to pay for labour charges when I picked the car up but was informed there were no charges at all. I was truly surprised and I can't say enough good things about this business. Thanks again for exceptional service.
