Very misleading law firm, website claims to assist in child adoption laws for families, but Nanda & Associate Lawyers weren't willing to help my case. Law firm requested to do a simple consult, and doing one signature on Form 34F. They wouldn't give a definitive reason why. Simply gave the run around on the phone.

Sharing a very bad experience where the verbal communication is different from what is mentioned in the process documents. Me and my friend(working at same company) needed help to put my LMIA file with some lawyers at this corporation. While signing up for the process, I was informed(on call) few steps and regarding the refund policy in case of I decide to cancel the process any time. Once I signed up and paid 1500+tax as initial fees, the process itself went very slow. I never received a single call from my lawyer or his assistant. Our employer posted a job review and by mistake it was not in correct format. Lawyer took a whole month and said "it was wrong and you need to post again". Wasted our whole month. We were never informed(Not verbally, not in email) about posting at multiple job posting. And then they pushed us saying everything was transparent.
Refund Issue:
Yes, it is mentioned in the document that the initial fee is non-refundable in case client decides to stop the process.
But, we were told on the call that "you don't worry, if you feel that you wanna stop the process we will refund you subtracting the work we have done."

I request everyone to please don't go by words and ask/check everything in written or else you will also lost your 1500$ as I did if you decide to cancel the process as basically nothing is refundable here.
