I had no idea as to who or what Nachla Law Office was before I was directed there by a sleazy private investigator. Under protest, I met up with James Glanville of Discrete Investigations and a few people from this law firm. I had no interest is discussing things with a lawyer, but the PI insisted, and no cost to me, so I agreed. After a discussion, it was suggested that I would write a letter, the law firm would review it, the PI would deliver it. Simple enough, but a large retainer was required by Nachla Law Office. So I paid it.
It was suggested that any left over funds would be applied to the fees to rewrite my will, even though I had a recent will.
But it seems that the review of two 2 page letters burned through the entire retainer very quickly, as much was consumed with back and forth calls between the law firm and the PI, plus is would appear that the initial consultation was billed to me, not to the PI.
Then things went sideway, everything changed. The stories I got from the law firm were different from the stories I got from the PI, it was all He said, She said, each blaming the other.
I have no idea as to why, but from a conversation with someone from the firm, it seems that she consulted with her teenaged child on this case, I assume that was included in billable hours.
I don’t know exactly what the connection between Nachla Law Office and James Glanville of Discrete Investigations, checking online they both show the same street address, but each claims no involvement with the other.
All I know is that I paid thousands of dollars, and got absolutely nothing in return.

Nachla Law Office handled the Wills & Power of Attorney documentation for my parents in 2023. Ms Khokhar, Ms.Marsha B. together with Ms. Salma did an excellent job drawing up the documents in record time and explained everything in detail to our satisfaction. In 2025 Ms. Marsha B. handled Survivorship application and registering with Land Registry. Marsha was very professional, courteous and did an excellent job through out both processes and I have nothing but admiration for how she handled our legal matters to perfection!.
