Run from this law firm,, my experience with them { Sargam ] Unreal I could say a lot of things, Lack of communication, emailing wrong adresses, waiting till the day of court to message my phone to check on emails sent to not me. and leading me to believe she was actually trying to help until the last minute, and until a summary hearing and then because I wouldnt settle and sign over my kids ,, I was called disrespectful! then after I explained she has mislead and miss represented me. I was told they could no longer help me! then harrassed me with emails to force me to sign off, then tried to put me on the spot with the judge,,.. Summary!!? this is the very definition of Dump Truck Lawyers and Lawfirms who prey on ppl and especially legal aid clients, you see at a summary motion they are at the end of there pay check,, so it suits them better if you sign off instead of fight for the truth! legal aid only pays that far then they drop you like a hot rock.... this law firm does not care about you or your issue they will not represent you,, Legal Aid Dump Truck Check Collectors,, and unless more ppl draw attention to these firms it will only get worse. Chantelle was my lawyer for too long. She made a lot of things hard in my case. I told her privately that I specifically did not agree to something. She brought it up in front of the judge and put me on the spot so I agreed to it. Now SINCE I agree to this thing, I am being forced to pay upwards of $1000 to get this thing because I agreed to it. Where as if it was court ordered it would have been free. I’m a single mom and can just not afford that. It has put alot of strain on me and my family as we continue to fight this nasty court battle. I’ve had my new lawyer for half the time and he has done twice as much for me. Skip this law firm if you want to win your case.

Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to work with Victoria. Our case was pushed to one of her fresh new colleagues, that didn't help in any way! They are very caring, professional and responsive, I will give them that. However, the lady I dealt with was inexperienced and had no backbone. She also failed to add important information in the order. My advice is be careful who you are assigned to.
