I recently attended a retreat with Muskoka Mind + Body and had such a great time. Allie and Kelly were incredibly thoughtful in putting together a weekend of yoga and workshops, and created a pressure-free environment where participants were able to choose to attend as many or as few as they wished. The space was also absolutely beautiful, with big bright windows right on the water. Rebecca was a great yoga teacher who made classes enjoyable and accessible, always including instructions for variations for yoga poses.

I really cannot recommend MMB enough! Looking forward to attending events in the future.

Yoga here was super serene and beautiful. The studio is really cute and clean. The class sizes are small so it's not intimidating and all the instructors are really nice. They have a good range of difficulty and include easier moves for beginners. Overall a really fun experience.

A beautiful and relaxing environment. Rebecca's classes always have me leaving feeling calm and focusing on self love. By far my favourite instructor I have experienced in my yoga journey!

Went for a yoga class and it was beautiful. Place was clean, sanitized after every session, and instructor Allie was great and led a very relaxing session. Love the surroundings and little lake there too! Keep it up and will be back soon 🙂
