I cannot thank Brandon Souza from Murphy Battista LLP (Vancouver) enough for his outstanding work on my large insurance claim (over $700,000). After my house flooded, TD Insurance (Private Client) did everything they could to deny and delay my claim, treating me with utter disrespect. The adjustor falsely accused me of fraud, demanded a recorded statement, and even brought in a forensic investigator. Ironically, the investigator ended up increasing the claim by $100,000—karma indeed! Despite this, TD still dragged me through a grueling 5-hour examination under oath and delayed the payout for eight long months.

Brandon was a true rock throughout this ordeal. He was sharp, tenacious, and had a fantastic sense of humor that helped ease the immense stress I was under. When I started to lose focus and ramble, he provided a firm hand, even giving me the occasional (but much-needed) reality check. His guidance kept me going when my nerves were shot, and without his expertise and support, I would have either given up or seriously jeopardized my health. In the end, I got paid in full.
