The only place I will go for auto and home insurance or passport needs. A quick email or text and I get immediate service from either Sara or Nicole for all of my insurance needs, and there's a lot, from multiple properties, vehicles, as well as machinery, they make sure we're getting the best rates. All of the girls, are super friendly and have even stayed late when I'm in a time crunch. Rob, the owner, is quite exceptional to work with too.

It is always an issue getting something done here. They always have some "interpretation" that says you can't do something. I have left here and driven to Evansburg or Stony Plain and been out of registries in 5 minutes with what I needed. I drive the extra 20 minutes now and avoid this place.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Went to renew my registration in January. Was told that I would need to update my address and my insurance before renewing. But was told that once that was completed there would be no problems.
Took me 2 weeks to get the money for the insurance.
Spent $2000.00 for insurance.
Then was just informed today that there are $700 in unpaid fines. Including 5 parking tickets that apparently were issued every day for a week in Calgary.
Funny as I didn't receive any notification, and was told that there were no issues after my address change.

If I would have been told of the unpaid fines I would have paid them instead of insurance.

I live on a limited income. Like all other Albertans I struggle to make ends meet.

I have now paid $2000 for a vehicle I can't drive.

*UPDATE*

In response to the owners comment. I was explitly told that once the insurance was updated there was no outstanding fines. I was told that I was "Good to Go". This was an outright lie and there were outstanding fines. I was in fact not "Good to Go".
I should have been informed of the unpaid fines at that time, not told the lie that I was told.

Typically, when you have to go to registries, you dread it.. long waits and demanding staff that abuse their power.. not here, these guys truly treat people like valued customers.

This registries is, by far, the best registries we have ever dealt with. We have always been impressed with how friendly and willing to help the staff are, and it clearly trickles down from the ownership. Rob, wants to help, so his staff do as well. The atmosphere is always great, and they do whatever it takes to make sure you're taken care of.

New to province ,trying to register a truck.
I have been in office 4 times and still not registered. Every attempt there was always some missing document.The staff are good at informing you what you don't have.
Last attempt I phoned before I went in, I went through process on phone and asked if there was anything I missed. They said it was all good
When I got to the counter they said I was missing a document.

they said everything is good
Got there I was missing a document that I previously brought on my other attempts
