If I could give more stars I would. Timothy was extremely helpful, clarified everything I needed to know about my next steps in the difficulties of my mother’s passing! It was extremely stressful, as I was turned down by other parties I dealt who did not have the knowledge to help me in anyway let alone advise the next steps to take. Timothy helped with so many things not just in legal advice, he was very kind and helpful and a confident person. I am forever thankful for the advice/service I was given. I would %100 recommend his services to anyone looking for someone who can explain the process and assist you with your case! Thank you very much Tim 🙂

I was referred to Timothy Elliot just a couple of days before we were about to proceed with purchasing our rental property. I was impressed with how quickly he responded to my call, reviewed our purchase agreement, and advised us on key items that needed to be changed/removed in the agreement which would have otherwise been very damaging for us if not addressed. Called June 21st and got their answering service. It was about a 5 minute call giving all my contact details and the situation I was inquiring about to the attendant. I received no response 5 business days later, very disappointing as their website proclaims phone call response in 1 business day. Called again on the 28th of June and went through the 5 minute procedure again with full contact details. Adding to this I inquired if Tim was out of office or on vacation, the attendant said not to their knowledge. Now again it's been another 4-5 business days with zero response. Very unprofessional and even more disappointing.
