We had an urgent need for the services of a notary/ law firm in 100 Mile House to help adjust the title on my father-in-laws property - in all a pretty easy task. We started calling MSM Law to book an appointment a week before we planned to drive up from Vancouver to deal with this and other time sensitive tasks. We called 4 times over the week and we're always told someone would call back shortly. No one ever returned our calls. We were on Hwy 97 into town when we finally reached someone in the legal department on our fifth call. The person told us they were too busy to see us - period.

We understand being busy, but common courtesy would be to tell us when we first called a week earlier that they were busy and we should look for another firm. Completely unprofessional.

Had an consultation with lawyer and agreed he would complete probate of an estate for me. Time sensitive matter and probate papers were all filled out already and ready to go just needed to be looked over and sent. Never got done, never got a phone call after calling multiple times asking what was going on, waist of my time and money. Find another lawyer these guys are too busy to even return a phone call. I'm going to pick up my papers and find a lawyer who actually wants my business.
