Thank God for our home surveillance we were able to watch Joe DeLuca walk upto our garage look around and walk away like everything was normal. We took pictures with our phone so we have it all for proof. My husband jumped in the car and followed him back to the law firm to confront him. Due to the lockdown no one can enter the building so the receptionist opens the door and gives my husband attitude and tells him she can't do anything and to basically just leave. But my husband insisted to speak with the man who was being very suspicious. Some other women comes to the door, looks at the picture we took of Joe and goes and gets him for my husband. When Joe comes outside he asked my husband repeatedly "what's your name" he said "I'm the guy of the house you were just casing out" then Joe put his hand in my husband's face and shooed him away like a peasant. Police were then called and a report was made of his suspicious activities. So very unprofessional and never have I witnessed this or heard of this from a lawyer

Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk. Seemed to find joy in making visitors intentionally feel uncomfortable with scare tactics. Extra training in professionalism with visitors would be beneficial.

Absolutely, completely rude desk staff that made disrespectful comments towards visitors of the office. Retraining the desk staff to be a better representation of a respectful and professional legal counsel would leave a better impression for visitors of this firm.
