I had a very disappointing experience while filing my taxes here. When I had questions, Mousa’s wife was rude and unhelpful. Before payment, she was polite, but after receiving the payment, her attitude completely changed. I wasn’t the only one—many of my friends also had similar experiences with her. When I asked for clarification, she rudely suggested that I refile if I wanted. I already paid the amount, and the lack of professionalism was frustrating. If I could give less than one star, I would. I do not recommend their services.

Mousa just treats everyone as a slave of himself, makes fun of you, he dosent know how to speak to you respectfully. I just asked a question and he got angry and dismissed me and my wife from the office. Please don’t go there and find another professional tax accountant

First of all, the lady on the phone is pretty rude. I booked an appointment for a certain day and time. After calling her idk how many times, she said that she will send the list of documents needed, but she didn’t send it. On the day of appointment, just to confirm that my appointment is there and confirm the list of documents needed. She said that you have to come in 10 minutes or otherwise , we will not attend you. She changed the appointment timing on her own!!

not just that but also suggested best advices moreover helped me through my tax filing in a very convenient and professional manner.

If I had the opportunity to rate below 1 star, I'd opt for that. Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating available. I advise against going there, guys. The woman who speaks there is disrespectful and comes across as very arrogant towards us. It's best to ignore them, just like you ignore all your problems in life. This is the best decision that you can take in your entire life....

If I have negative star I would have given negative especially for the lady who is answering the calls and taking appts. I haven’t seen such a rude person talking to his clients in such a way. I called them today and requested them to provide my 2021 T1 file for my banking related work as they are not approving the one that I downloaded from CRA, the lady is like we are busy we can’t go back and provide the file for you go to CRA and download whatever you want. Even after telling her that I already did and bank is not approving she is answering in such a proud , rude and disgusting way that it is not her problem. I requested to speak to Mousa and she says he is busy call later and disconnected without even listening to what I am saying.This is the not the way how you talk to clients. I don’t know how you are doing business with this kind of attitude and no work ethics but the lady has to change her tone and start learning how to speak politely. If anybody want to be respected and proper response in future for the work that has been done don’t suggest them filing their taxes there and wasting their time.

I would not even give him a star but unfortunately google does not allow it. I did taxes with him back in 2020 for the first time and that was my first time doing taxes in Canada. He did it wrong and when I questioned, he lost his temper immediately. Worst human being who does not know what a customer service is. Do not file taxes with this guy and his wife. They have no respect for anyone.
