Recently, Tracey visited with my girlfriend's elderly parents to discuss their will, power of attorney, and personal directive. I know that they felt very comfortable with Tracey. Despite the elderly parent's initial reluctance to deal with these matters, they appreciated Tracey's kind and businesslike approach and really appreciated being able to ask questions without feeling like they were being rushed or their questions were not important.
