Andrew is a very nice and personable fellow and is very good at what he is good at. But when I needed him to shine the most, in my opinion he failed miserably for me. The lesson for me was, if you have a complicated situation, best to find a lawyer with a lot more experience. It may cost you a bit more, but in my case it would have been worth it.

Where to start...
The reality: hiring a lawyer is rarely something you want to do, that said, if you find yourself needing one, Andrew is the guy you want in your corner!

My experience with Andrew was outstanding. What should have been a rather open and close situation, by no fault of Andrews, became a drawn out mess. Through this, he continued to prove why he was the right choice in representation.

From the start to finish, he was respectful of my budget, creating full transparency along with options for every action taken. He kept me centered and focused on the goal of resolving the matter. His depth and understanding of the law, and more importantly how the court system viewed and considered every action, response, document or interaction kept us at an advantage far above the opposing council through the entire process. On several occasions, his quick thinking in conjunction with his trusty lawbook were able to immediately redirect shady tactics and mis-information presented by the opposition, which continued to lead to successful outcomes in our favour.

I'm extremely satisfied with the work from Ms Deleta Grandy who was able to quickly navigate my complex situation.
I have experience with several lawyers and I can say that she's very smart, knows extremely well family law and her communication to other lawyers is very clear and sharp. Some lawyers write so much unnecessary stuff to overbill, this is absolutely not Ms Grandy! She always has the customer's interest in mind, she doesn't send unnecessary communication, she understands right away what needs to be done, she will do her best to avoid court (while be aware, some lawyers really want to go to court). I'm happy with the outcome of my issue, I feel lucky that it was well taken care of.

I have worked with Rachel Williams on my separation case and would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, but very approachable legal counsel for any family law matter. Rachel guided me through each and every step of the process, helped to understand what are my rights and obligations, consulted on what particular things I could choose to give in, in the process of negotiations with my ex-spouse and what I should not. I am not sure how familiar Rachel with the courts and family law judges of GTA (as my case did not have to go to court), but I know she was spending quite a bit of time in court hearings. I could also say, based on my experience, that Rachel was always very responsive and available; she was realistic in providing an estimate of what my case would cost me. I felt like she was genuinely motivated to finish my case in my best interest, while at the same time, doing her best to avoid going to court.
