Awful firm...STAY FAR AWAY.

They were handling the trust for real estate development. When the project was no longer moving forward, it's taken over 2 months to receive escrowed deposit back, and as of writing this, still haven't received funds.

Communication from Cole Ferencz and Rosebel Schnoor has been abysmal. Sometimes would go a week without hearing a response or update on the status of processing.

Then, finally when the wire transfer was sent, it was sent with incomplete information. I spent weeks going back and forth with Rosebel in accounting, and even contacted Rod Mont.

To date, the only response I get is that they've sent emails to their banking institution.

Their demeanor throughout all communications is apathetic and indifferent at best.

Go elsewhere for your legal needs.
