During the last 4 months, I thought Moe and his team were working on my books after I sent them all the information they requested. I found out today (4 days before my year end is due) that they won’t be working on my books because my company doesn’t meet the “standards”. When asking about the standards that are expected, I didn’t receive any response. Moe and his team did a great job on my books last year, but I certainly didn’t find the same experience this year.

Well Ive received services from this office since 2017 and I’ve had mistakes every year since, trying to communicate is difficult and I still yet have my corrected employee T-4s and we are in April.
They demanded money up front but failed to show that their work was accurate and correct.
I’m still trying to get what I paid for and get something done properly.
Very bad business etiquette and poor client service.
I do beleive this office has continuously put trainees on my business file and I’m the one paying for their mistakes again and again.

Great people to deal with on a professional level, and very down to earth kinda friendly folks.
They seem to know the loop holes that the government doesn't want you to know about, which can save you, literally, thousands of dollars and make your life easier for years to fallow.
