Every client has their own circumstance as to why they reach out to an immigration lawyer. So in my instance, my husband decided to go with Mr. Malaga and being the skeptic I am I needed reassurance and had several phone conversations with him in hopes that he would be able to execute the application and add some ease to me and my husband’s concerns given the complexity of our case. However, Mr. Malaga was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. He behaved in a backhanded manner about things that he was unaware of and unbeknownst to him has created friction in my home. Upon confronting him with the issue he was abruptly dismissive and nonchalant saying he didn’t care whether he was retained or not. Personally, I would NOT recommend Mr. Malaga. Whether he is qualified or not his lack of compassion and his overall demeanour is quite abrasive, very cut and dry and that doesn’t sit well with me especially when your future is dependent on him.
