They accused me to the police of beating my child,threats and deceptions made me sign the Safety Plan Form,and then there's the endless harassment and deception,they'll keep extending the Safety Plan Form.
Never trust this department! Don't sign any Safety Plan Form！Otherwise you'll get endless harassment and deception!They don't care about family and children at all！They just want to achieve more results and make money！

This people accused me without any proof into stuff and came to my home. Which is fine I have nothing to hide. Waste of time about the problem which is never existed. Still was fine - that their job. Then they started to ask my kids and drove my older one absolutely crazy with all questions. My child was screaming and crying the whole time after their visit, telling me that “I have to protect her from these bad people because they are pushing and asking harmful questions. Please mama never let them come to me again”. I’ll be filing complaint.
The person works with me and kids are Charls and lady (his supervisor). They seems nice but my kid is still shaking

The customer service representatives need better training and attitudes. I work for a preschool and called for more clarity about the ACCB and filling the form. I usually love connecting with customer service folks but the lady I called was extremely rude and condescending from the get go. I was very alarmed and surprised as I am always professional, warm, and friendly and was unsure why she had such a poor attitude. I hope this improves in the future!

The system is so flawed! The social workers are biased, only enabling problematic behaviours of the child but not listening to the parent who knows her kid best. They don’t care about the future of the child and her family. They break family apart and wear out the devoted parents who care. This system has to be changed immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank heavens for this place and the people who work here . I have been watching the situation unfold in the middle east and all I can say is I am so thankful for this country and the services offered by it . As an older man with a disability which worsens as I get older I shudder to think of what I would do if not for the ministry and the disability benefits which Canada allots . Of course it should be more as I'm in poverty yet I can't help but think of which kind of cardboard box I would have to call home if not for this place . I have a roof over my head, I have a fridge with food and I have medication that , because I'm on disability and don't have much money I rarely if ever have to pay for my meds . No I'm not religious so all of my appreciation and thanks comes from nowhere but my heart . ❤️🇨🇦👍🏻

The youth workers are very helpful and friendly. They can provide a multitude of services that work to benefit struggling youth and families dealing with abuse and mental health concerns. Speaking as a youth myself, they have certainly helped me get on my feet and now I am more confident in my future.
