I had the very best experience dealing with Hanna at Mini, Moncton!

From start to finish she handled everything like a pro! She was attentive, kind and on the ball. Incredibly knowledgeable and had my car all set up for me when I arrived, she even matched the ambient lighting to my purple hair! Mini is incredibly lucky to have her as part of their sales team. Best experience I’ve had hands down. The finance manager was also incredibly kind.

I would very highly recommend this dealership. If you are thinking of purchasing a mini - you will NOT REGRET IT. Ask for Hanna!

Mini Financial is a real scam!!!

I am a family physician that just relocated to New Brunswick. My wife has owned a Mini Cooper for 4 years (I think), bought at Mini Georgia in Barrie, ON. Vehicle was financed through Mini Financial with a balloon payment of $11 000 at the end of the term. We were told that the balloon payment are basically an early buyout option but that we could continue paying monthly when the terms ends. My wife missed her first payment in 4 years while she was switching bank accounts. She called Mini Financial to sort it out but was given false information which lead to another missed payment due to an error on their part. Mini now wants the $11 000 in total or they will take her car. We can’t afford to buy another vehicle right now as we just moved provinces. This is leaving my wife and autistic child alone without a vehicle in a rural place where there is no public transportation and closest grocery store is a 25min drive. Mini Financial made her feel embraced, demoralized and suicidal. I contacted Mini Financial for compassion and ways to sort this out. I got a tone deaf answer that they don’t care and that hey just want her car back.

I should also note that my wife had to get all the breaks replaced within the first year. Apparently the breaks become severely damaged if not driven. I don’t know how long the car sat at the dealership before she bought it. It cost us just over $2000 per wheel. They also told us that our vehicle must be serviced at Mini twice per year to keep the warranty. They always seem to find reasons to make each visit cost around $1000. They want $11 000 after Mini Georgia took more than $20 000 from us in services fees over 4 years.

Worst and only dealer in NB. Called to get service done. Live several hours away. Already have fault code and parts required list. Asked to have parts ordered and on hand so I don't make a drive and day off work for nothing. Was told they have to do a diagnostic of set rate $$, because every other mechanic in NB, is totally out to lunch on fixing Minis. And its there policy. Then they order parts. Worst part is my shop said, Parts are on a warranty list for my car. So Mini Moncton is just trying to get every penny they can. With two trips and two days off work plus there fees to fix what is already known to be broken. The service lady I talked to has the tact and customer service of a bullfrog.
