If I could give this company more than five stars, I would!! This is hands down the BEST customer service I have ever experienced, the staff is so kind, compassionate, and are beyond helpful. I ordered the David Premier as a gift and was met with shipping difficulties due to international postal service issues - the staff at Mind Alive looked into it immediately, and has continued to update me throughout the shipment process (without me even asking after the initial inquiry) to make sure I receive the package on time. I personally used Instagram to message them about model questions, and then about shipping and their responses were quick, informative, and you could feel their genuine care for their customers through the phone. If anyone is looking for an example of how to run a business, look no further. I cannot recommend this company and their staff enough. Thank you again Mind Alive!!

The David Delight Pro: I absolutely need this machine to function like a normal adult (probably) does. I have diagnosed severe trauma and ADHD and can hardly focus. I clench my jaw constantly, I’m hypervigilant, have nightmares, serious memory loss, and my mind never stops the chatter. I have difficulty concentrating and sleeping and meditation would be impossible if I hadn’t found this device. Seriously. I’ve actually owned two- the first one was stolen along with my whole truck and I waited years to get another, suffering the whole time and self medicating. I finally got another one last year and after a few months my mom tried it after dealing with severe insomnia after a 6 month meditation retreat so I gifted mine to her and I’m- no joke- buying a third one to replace it because it’s that effective at regulating my brain, breathing, and heart rate; it gives me focus, relaxes me, and helps me sleep. I get into a state of calm nothing else except float tanks (sensory deprivation) or hour long 170° saunas provide me with, but the feeling is more lasting. I know they’re pricey and I’m poor- seriously student loan debt outrageous rent living with my sister as a grown woman poor, but it’s worth it. Highly recommend for trauma survivors, recovering addicts, meditation seekers, ADHD ppl, and probably a lot of others with anxiety and depression.

I am 75 and have use my DAVID Delight Plus for several years. Recently I mailed it to Mind Alive which updated the firmware and replaced the front panel at no cost. I paid only for postage.

I am absolutely blown away by this device. Having tried so many protocols and seen many therapists over the years and struggled with depression ptsd and insomnia after using the delight pro I have never felt better. I am a true convert. I am still learning ing how to use the various sessions and always on the website and reading through everything to make sure I am doing it right and getting the most out of it. I have recently tried connecting the aux to my iPhone to play my meditations and holy moly has it been a game changer. Definitely recommend this. I can not recommend this highly enough.
