its a nice area to spend the evening/afternoon at. they have shops nearby so you can always grab something to eat while you take in the sights.

there is a small park for the kids and a gazebo which makes for nice photo ops.

Following COVID19 protocol and very professional staff on duty at the front entrance of the hallway.

I was previously planning a 3-day trip to Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area, but I have now changed my mind after watching a video from True North Transparency about their visit to Milton City Hall. I was disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of some of the employees who confronted the citizen journalist. Citizen journalism refers to journalism conducted by people who are not professional journalists, but who disseminate information using websites, blogs, and social media. This is not fake news, but a reality that reflects how visitors like me might be treated when entering the building. Therefore, I suggest that all staff members should have a refresher course on how to communicate with the public, including the public’s right to photograph and video in public places. This topic should also be included in the employment orientation program.

This is a literal joke of a town that's looking to get every ounce of revenue they possibly can. Was visiting from Michigan and received a parking ticket for parking on a city street at night, even though I filled out the exception form. Appeals process is a joke as well, the individual who was doing the screening through Zoom didn't even have the decency to turn her camera on.

The Service I received was fine. But their parking dispute system is broken!! If I show up in person, I should be able to dispute it in person.

But you have to make an screening appointment, to which if you miss it your fine will increase. I think this was setup so people could roll over and pay fines and swallow their pride.

Came in on Friday Jan 10th 2020 at 11:30 AM. When I asked about what a potential resolution is for my parking situation (more cars than garage space), I was told with a sarcastic attitude to “get a bigger garage” and it’s the homeowners problem. Customer service for taxpayers should be maintained at a higher level of quality and basic human decency. Many people with customer service experience would gladly take a job like that and still have a smile on their face.
