Today I visited Millwoods Registry Services Ltd. and had an unpleasant experience with the staff member who assisted me. Her unprofessional behavior and unnecessary expressions made me feel uncomfortable. This was the first time I encountered such conduct since moving to Canada. If someone lacks patience or a willingness to assist customers, they may not be suited for a customer service role. I can provide the exact date, time, and my license number to help identify the individual who assisted me.

He answered all my questions and explained everything about the test before we started. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which helped me feel comfortable and stay focused. I had gone there for my learning license. After failing first attempt, I waited months for second, then when I finally passed there were some complications with my documents. My service agent Gagan, was very sweet and supportive. I must appreciate her patience and professionalism in the way she handled my case. Finally the procedure is all done and I'm really thankful to the staff there.

If you love having your time wasted this is the place to be! I was sent back and forth between this reg and the service canada who kept telling me to go to the other building and at the reg the lady was so unproffesional because she saw me and seriously went (you again) what kind of service blatently does that!?) then she laughed with her coworker about something & proceeded to get irritable at me when i kept recipericating that i didnt have the Things she kept asking for over and over it was by far the most terrible customer service ive ever experienced! only one other lady actually tried helping without sounding condesending to me, if i could give zero stars i would but that one kind lady deserves at least 1, another thing that made it the most frustrating and stressful service was how much she kept rushing the process to find my info which ended up not even being on the server when that was the same reg i got my Learners Permit, The illusion of fast service doesnt cover up how bad the service can be when they dont help snd i have to continuelly come back because i dont have the Same id im literally trying to replace, i could go for hours about this bad service but im contenpt because im finally getting my stuff in order (NO THANKS TO MILLWOODS REG!!!) 0/10 would not recommend, I bet their gonna have my file now that im writing this review and try blackballing me.

I’ve heard so much about the badge no. 11601. I had the same person. I don’t remember the name. I was hesitant to visit Millwoods Registry because of the many negative reviews I saw on Google, but my experience was completely different. I took my road test here, and i passed in my first attempt! The examiner was professional, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I felt comfortable throughout the test, and it was clear that he genuinely wanted me to succeed. Don't let the bad reviews discourage you—my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing registry services or a road test.

This is the worst registry ever. We went in the morning for the license, we were not told that we have to bring the actual document. The laday there on counter 8 was helping us. Then, We came back took the same token , Went counter 11, the lady said we have to take another token after waiting for couple minutes because the other people are waiting for long Then , Finally we got the number on counter 6 after waiting for 30 minutes, and then the lady said, We need the actual document of the address, We gave it on our initial visit on Saturday already, He got his license under that address, We kept on showing it over the phone today again. NOBODY HAD PROBLEM WITH IT on our 3 visits. But that lady had it for some reason. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE TOLD THIS AT THE VERY BEGINNING. I have my exam coming up, instead of preparing for it. I am wasting my time over this registry. Now, I am still in the car getting things figure out. That’s irritating, unprofessional staff. I am annoyed. Never visiting there ever.

Recently went here for a driving test and had the absolute worst experience.

I had a terrible Asian instructor. They were consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Their teaching style was disorganized and ineffective, leaving me frustrated and uncertain.

- Poor teaching methods
- Rude attitude
- Lack of professionalism
- Uncomfortable learning environment

I strongly advise against taking lessons or exams with this instructor/ location.

Look elsewhere for a respectful and competent instructor.
