Worst customer service , i needed to get outer province inspection done . These people made my life hell . I came 4 times everytime with a on call appointment and when i get there they start making excuses . I would never recommend them to anyone . They are very unprofessional . Seemed like nice people but I would AVOID using this company. Last Saturday I brought in a 2016 used car I was considering buying. They did the "inspection" and told me all was good. So I bought the car. I picked it up and drove it home. A day later I got insurance and drove it for about 15 minutes the temperature light came on and it leaked coolant. I took it to another mechanic to give it a real inspection. A water pump, thermostat, belts, new rear brakes and $2100 later the car is in now in working condition. I called and let them know and I got a "meh" attitude from the man on the phone. They did a very poor job on the inspection of this car. Perhaps too much of a "Get them in quick and get them out quick" mentality.

Worst customer service no professionalism in any employee , owner is very rude, i went for out of province inspection they told me they have change some of parts worth $900 whereas there was nothing wrong in those parts i drove my car approx 5500 kilometres from brampton to Edmonton but didn’t show me any sign, when i said i have to think about it before spending money they just refuse to do so and asked his employee to give him his car back and still charged me $50 for nothing. Moreover i went to another guy in town for inspection he did it without giving any fault , they learn some professionalism and

Went there for the Out of province vehicle inspection. I got the call that there is some problem with the front rotors(i knew there was nothing wrong as i did vehicle inspection just 25 days ago in Ontario) so had no choice other than aggring with him and we decided that it will cost 200$ but when i went to get my car back he took 35$ more. Literally worst place to go. If anyone is planning to go there please don't go there. They are just ripping off the customers.

Worst place! Very dishonest owner of Millwoods Auto Centre. I took my Toyota Corolla 2007 there for Out of Province Inspection at this shop. After initial inspection, owner asked me that the shocks and struts, and rear brake drums were needed to be replaced before giving me out of province vehicle inspection certificate. I knew that there was nothing wrong with shocks and struts, and rear brake drums at all and Millwoods Auto Centre was going to rip me off by replacing parts that were not needed and the guy was charging me the price of the parts way beyond the market price. When I refused to get replaced those parts, he charged me $50 for doing nothing to give me my car back. Then I took my car to another shop and they did a proper check and said there was nothing wrong with anything and they gave me Out of Province Vehicle Inspection Certificate. Although I drove my car all the way from Toronto to Edmonton and before leaving Toronto, I got checked my car for brakes, suspension and everything. I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone!
