I cannot recommend Nathan highly enough. Myself and my two children had our passports seized at Vancouver airport due to a high conflict family law dispute. I had to fly to the UK for a work contract — giving me just 24 hours to resolve the issue — or I would lose a substantial amount of money that I need to support my family as a single immigrant mother in Canada.

Nathan immediately accepted my case at 4:30pm and worked until midnight to finalise the necessary documents. He offered to fly to Nanaimo first thing in the morning (where my matters are usually heard), but pivoted to the Vancouver courthouse as the matter was so urgent and there were no judges in Nanaimo chambers that day.

I met Nathan at the Vancouver Supreme Court house and witnessed him in action. He was even attentive to the needs and feelings of my two young sons, who had been through a very traumatic 24 hours.

Nathan secured the emergency order I needed to to travel to the UK (my home country) with my children — and offered to wait on standby until I had returned to the airport and the RCMP released the passports. Fortunately, once the order was received everything went smoothly and we were able to catch a flight 24 hours after our original travel time.

I had an extremely distressing experience with this company. In my opinion, they failed to exercise due diligence in a situation involving serious legal and custodial concerns. Despite the existence of active legal proceedings, including what I believe were CBSA and RCMP alerts, the company proceeded in a way that, to me, seemed reckless and insensitive to the best interests of the children involved.

I felt that transparency was severely lacking, and there was no meaningful effort to inform the other guardian or verify key details. The actions taken appeared to prioritize profit over responsibility or ethics.

I strongly urge others to exercise extreme caution and to fully research their options before engaging this service.
