THIS is a fantastic facility for me. As a senior with a back injury I can't find a better place to keep things warmed up and working while I build up my core strength. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. This I'd the best place to hangout after work.

The facility is amazing always find good people here, a great place for physical activity with a wonderful inside ice rink. The food is amazing, the owner is always there and friendly as well as the lady who works the register. They are always up for a conversation, I go there for lunch almost everyday and I cannot complain

They have the best homemade cinnamon buns in that Arena by the time I managed to get a little tiny piece from the boy. If I didn't have an hour-and-a-half ride home I would have turned around and got one for myself they are that good...

This complex is very large and can accommodate a lot of indoor sports. Vball, bball, badminton. It has a fitness centre and arena. It also has a kick ass canteen with all home made food and award winning cinnamon buns.
