We had my diesel weasel in today for an emergency visit. We showed up at 8:04 am and I bet we were in a room at 8:10am. From the first interaction we were treated with respect. They explained all options, the good and the bad. Previous experiences similar to diesels. Diesel was kept comfortable. We couldn’t be more pleased with the Vet (Dr. Mercer) and Vet assistant Kaitlyn. Unfortunately Diesel did not come home with us but his spirit did. We’re thankful and very happy his last moments on this planet were comfortable and loved by us and the Vet/VA. Sarah and I thank them dearly for helping us and Diesel.

My dog and I just had our first appointment with Mildmay… he is 10 years old, and we’ve moved a lot, so we’ve met many vets (and I’ve met others with other animals before this dog adopted me)… I have to say this is THE best vet we’ve ever seen, with only one exception who is in Peru and therefore completely inaccessible

Mildmay was very very thorough and knowledgeable, and explained everything so informatively and patiently… they were professional, but also downright kind and caring

My dog always likes vets, but he was clearly at least as impressed as me

I am so happy and grateful to have found Mildmay… I feel much safer about my dog’s health than ever

Iris was in for her yearly wellness check with vet technician Jo-Anne and Veterinarian Dr Peelie. They took their time to talk to us and explained everything before proceeding. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable and nice. Iris had 2 needles and her nails trimmed and never even meowed. I have been coming here for over 30 years with my fur babies and highly recommended.

Yesterday was hard…we had to put our 21 year old kitty to sleep. The staff at Mildmay Vet were absolutely amazing. Every detail was taken care of. Snowflake was treated like the treasure she was and had a stress and fear free experience. It’s all anyone can wish for their beloved pet 🌈😢 thank you Mildmay Vet!

Customer service is excellent. It was a hard day, We had to put our beloved cat down, they were not only polite, but we felt cared for. We were comfortable and felt supported throughout the process. They told us about each step before starting. Given as much time and space needed to say our last words. They are amazing, thank you for your help and understanding during this difficult time.
Oh. The prices are good as well. Thank you for doing an excellent job ladies, we appreciate it very much.

After being a client at paisley vet for over ten years with multiple dogs, after my last elderly rescue shepherd passed, and rescuing a new shepherd, they declined me service. I called mildmay vet and they instantly took me on as a new client, and got me in the clinic in less than four hours due to a dire situation. The staff are some of the kindest most knowledgeable people and speak to you with such empathy and grace. I could not speak more highly about this establishment. They were so kind and gentle, and beyond understanding of my dogs background. They handled him with such a gentle touch and thoroughly explained all my options with such patience.
