The staff at Memento were very caring and professional from start to finish. In terms of preparing my dad for burial - we were so impressed by the skilled work they did to make my dad look so dignified and at rest, that we were able to have an open casket at the funeral when it had initially been unthinkable to do that. Highly recommend.

She was available 24/7 and guided us on the extremely hard passing of my little brother Adam.
