Cause de divorce , droit civile entre autre 3annee de pratique . Jai cette avocat pour la troisieme fois pour pension allimantaire accepte mandat aide juridique propre de sa personne attentif . Pratique a mtl comme a laval.

HOLD ON!! Before you contact this office, You will have to read this! He is at 2 stars not because he is the best lawyer in town. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CARES, YOU DEFINITELY GOT THE WRONG LAWYER.

I have met with this lawyer 2 years ago. He promised he can take care of the file in a minimum amount of time and i will be satisfied with the service. He assured me that he works for his clients.

He initially told me he believed in my case. Only for couple of months later to tell me that we do not have a strong case. Almost towards the end just before I FIRE HIM, he went on with how he thinks we will definitely win the case.

On Different occasions, he called me to go to his office to sign new papers because he forgot to include annexes or made a mistake in the writing and needed to do an amendment; HE CHARGED ME FOR THOSE TIMES.!!!!

He would tell me to meet to sign papers, but show up by saying i thought we are here just to talk!!!

IN ADDITION to all of that, He has a busy life and look after his personal interest, he was at times CLUELESS of the status or the stuff i have sent him.

On many occasions, he was clueless of the documents i have provided him. He would promise me that he will find the email; However he would ask me again to send the email to him with the attachment cause he couldn't find it.

He is USELESS, MANIPULATOR, At times a liar, and probably incapable of getting anything done.

I am not writing this out of anger cause my case was handled by another lawyer. I am writing out of the frustration that i wasted 2 years of my life believing his words when i could've get my case closed faster. At the time being, I have also submitted a complaint the BARREAU Du Quebec.

It is strange that the people who commented with 5 stars are all 3 from 2 weeks ago and all at the same time. It is clear that they are either friends or family writing fake comments. (*Take Hicham HALABI for example who is CLEARLY sharing the same last name to put a 5 star as a comment**)

This lawyer is incompetent and the 5 stars COMMENTS RE FAKKKKEEEEEEEEE!! all the omments came in about 2 weeks ago after he realized alot of people read the negative comments and there are no way of deleting them. This lawyer had ruin lives by charging extra for a service HE NEVER DELIVERS!!! DO NOT CONTACT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. CONTACT MONTREAL BAR and get referred to a competent lawyer who actually knows what he/she is doing.
