I have never dealt with a fast, efficient person like Ashley. She is absolutely amazing. Helped me so much and had insurance less the 24 hrs. I will highly recommend her to everyone.

We were in a serious car accident and sustained injury. We were both in shock. It took 2 months for insurance company that we were with to decide fate of our car. We had rental but not for last week or so. Kristen, with McDougall tried to move them along to no avail.
Colin and Amanda took over and they expedited things. They kept us well informed.
Amanda has been in charge of our case and has been a joy to work with. She truly has a sense of caring, as did the others, but her sense of humor, her personal touch is what was so wonderful. She along with the others made this experience easier to swallow.
Kudos to this team.
Amanda continues to be ever vigilant of our case and keeps in touch with us. She is definitely a great asset to the team.

Ashley Frankum-Beauty is an amazing agent, very efficient and informative, always personable and happy to help out.
