Excellent customer service through J Carnell-Cobourg office. Ours was a complicated transfer with home, business & recreational vehicles.
She was very detail oriented, answered our many questions, explained different policy options, made it easy to complete the necessary paperwork to transfer to her brokerage. Highly recommend.

I would love to give a HUGE shout out to Keshan Surendran, a Broker with McDougall Insurance & Financial. He just saved Andrew and myself almost $1000 on our property insurance. Keshan, and his account manager, Ronda Childs, review client's files yearly to make sure they are getting the best deal. I have never had that kind of personal service. Altho his goal is to get our property and vehicle insurance under the same company, he felt that now's not the time, as there were deals happening at other companies. In a time when everything is costing more, it was such a treat to learn that our insurance will actually be LESS! Especially, as insurance is nothing that we really want to have to pay for. Thanks again for your help!!

Joe Broadstreet was by far the best broker experience you could ask for. He went above and beyond, contacted me on a Saturday evening and had everything set up and ready in under an hour.

This company in Cobourg has BAD CUSTOMER service. They do NOT return phone calls, do not send correspondence through the mail and take money out of your account without any notification. Employees who no longer work there still have voicemail! We had an upgrade to our furnace system and no one told us where the change was at. It’s been since May. We wanted to put our daughter on our policy and they wanted back payments as she has had her license for a year or more. She lived away from home and didn’t drive so why would we have her on our insurance or any for that matter. I finally reached out to the Peterborough office and they answered the phone. Katherine looked into our addresses on our policies explained where our policy for our furnace change was at and assisted us by calling the Cobourg office for us. If you want to stay with this company use the Peterborough office not Cobourg.
