Fired Ben Lynskey after he didn't show up in court. He did not seem to know the law, or at least in my case. I ended up representing myself and was able to negotiate a new, better deal. I'm not a lawyer, but I was able to talk with the Crown and the Judge, ultimately negotiating a deal that Ben Lynskey said wasn't possible. Ben also tried to go back on a deal we made and wanted an extra $7,000 for doing absolutely nothing. If this is your law choice, I strongly recommend representing yourself.

Communication was terrible. He never had time and when he did he didn’t seem to care. I have now found a new lawyer that is amazing. Look else where!! This lawyer and firm is also know to drop Legal Aid clients after a short period of time. Beware
