im a young business owner and hired Darcy McAllister to help me with a large lawsuit. We communicated in late 2019, emailed him Jan 2020 then again in Feb 2020 asking the status of our file and if it being taken seriously as i haven't heard back in 2 months.
Receive half my retainer back and a letter stating hes dropping our company as a client.
We arnt allowed to ask the progress our our file?
Save you money people hire a professional company that will work hard for you and value you money.
I guess when you are raised with a silver spoon you dont value someones time or money.
wasted 6 months of my time.

The lawyers there think they are above the law. I clearly stated that I did not understand what I was signing and he said that I did and submitted the paperwork to the courts anyways. Which resulted in $1,000,000.00 in life insurance being lost to myself. Which resulted in my children that we had being taken in by social services because I couldn't financially take care of them the lawyer David Parkattii treated me like I was his client but in fact he was acting on behalf of someone else.

I was referred by lawyer referral to call John McCrae to talk to about legal advice and he is completely rude ! Didnt answer my question and got ingorant with me because i wasnt sure the answers to some questions he was asking me, and got annoyed with me when i asked what he was asking for ! Im sorry im didnt go to law school, so i dont speak lawyer but if im calling for legal advice and asking what ur looking for there shouldnt be ignorance because i asked , i think a lawyer should calmly explain maybe alittle better what they mean/are looking for! I DO NOT THINK HE IS A GOOD PERSON TO CALL I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO HIM AND I WILL NEVER CALL THIS OFFICE AGAIN TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE THERE!
