I had a bailiff show up to repossess a friends car. When the gentleman showed up I was by chance walking my dog around the block, something I do regularly. The bailiff attempted to exit the vehicle and my dog decided to go say hi. The bailiff freaked out and jumped back in the car. It was brought to my attention later that the Bailiff stated that I ordered my dog on go after him. I understand that it is a difficult job and it comes with many problems, however, making false accusations and attempting to create problems where non are to be found is not someone that I would want to represent me. I called the office and stated that every moment of the encounter was captured on CCTV, tone changed immediately.

I have used Matrix Bailiff services for many years now and they have proven to be reliable and very professional. The job they do is not easy and is never popular. It is always difficult when the situation calls for their services but they have always handle it extremely well.

Agree with the previous review that these guys are a bunch of liars. They first gave me an adjusted price as they considered it a “rush” order. Once I took the rush off he(Warrren) kept the price the same without any explanation- his phone manner was truly dismissive and disgusting. Feel bad for anyone that would have to use this company
