%110 awesome. I stopped in fingers crossed as I had just left Meagan Notary. I explained my situation that it is over 3 hr return trip home just like I did at Meagan Notary Not realizing I needed an appointment. At Meagan Notary the receptionist was rude, could not care less. Made zero effort to try and help. Did not even ask anyone. But at Manning Notary the receptionist was polite and told me to hang on . Not 5 min later it was signed and faxed off. They went out of there way to help and accommodate a person. That is the kind of company I want to see in a town city or community. Someone that cares and goes above & beyond to help. Thank you for saving me another 3 plus hr drive and another pile of lost wages. Wish more companies had your Values and morals.

Referred to these folks from a coworker who has nothing but good things to say. Responses were timely, informative and educational with transparent disclosure of associated costs. I ended up not requiring their services due to my own lack of understanding but would not hesitate to engage them again should I require notary services.

Manning Notaries advertises "Attention to Detail." When my wife had documents notarized Mr. Manning misspelled her name. This caused the documents to be rejected. She had to redo the whole process. This caused a six week delay in a land purchase deal and it cost another $200 to have the apostille process repeated. Mr. Manning offered no apology at all.

I wouldn’t recommend this notary. They completed my contract in a timely manner but the quote I was given by the front desk ladies for the cost was wrong and I was charged double of what I had been quoted. I informed Linda of that and she didn’t seem concerned.
While I was waiting for my appointment I listened to the front desk ladies talk poorly about other clients while I was sitting in the waiting area which came off as very unprofessional.

I absolutely do not recommend going with this person. My bank recommended them and I went ahead and agreed. I’ve been phoning for over two weeks and have received no response not even a phone call to let me know they’re busy and can call me back when they had a minute. Absolutely nothing dead silence. I will be going with someone else and I will never recommend anybody use them since they have no regard for customers.

DO NOT USE! She did all my paperwork for the sale of my house. At the end she handed me a check for $50K at which I asked "What's this for?" Linda replied, "There were extra funds. This is for you. Go on a holiday with it or go buy yourself something." Puzzled I replied, "This money has to have come from somewhere and likely should be on my mortgage." Linda gave no answer except "Do with it what you like." I hung on to the money to see how everything settled out. I soon found out Linda had drained my Line Of Credit and handed me the check. She never told me she had drained my Line of Credit account and it therefore accrued interest. She refused to pay for the interest I incurred due to her mistake. DO NOT USE HER!!
