Two separate laws applied to the two auto incidents in which I was involved in. ICBC was treating me poorly, and I had been dealing with them for about a year before I called Erik. I called the law firm and asked them what I could do. Erik and I had a long conversation about ICBC's unwillingness to listen to me. Doctors, ICBC, and everyone else are portraying it as just whiplash. Since my first injury, which was nearly a year ago, I have been dealing with this.

Erik was incredibly excellent and understanding, making him a great person to deal with. I had the best experience with the legal firm considering my circumstances, and the communication was first-rate.

They listened to my feelings while negotiating with ICBC on my behalf, and I was informed of everything that was going on.

Moving forward after almost 5 years later I have finally have settled with ICBC. Lisa, Caroline, and Erik have all shown a great deal of compassion and empathy. I appreciate your help with any minor query I might have. Having MacIssac & Company handle my legal struggle with ICBC was a comfort. I've realized that I will not heal properly and will continue to have problems for the rest of my life. The assistance that Lisa and Erik provided in resolving my claim with ICBC was invaluable.

I had requested that their fees be somewhat lowered.Lisa was outstanding, and they helped me by lowering my expenses, which was very helpful. Although they did not have to, I am aware that they did so because they comprehended my position and circumstances. After telling them how much I valued their help, I sincerely hope we never speak again. Nothing accident-related, anyway 😉

I appreciate how you took fantastic care of my injuries and made this experience as comfortable as possible. Even though ICBC didn't want to help, I was supported at every turn. For everything, I am incredibly grateful, and I wish your business continued success.

Had to seriously downgrade my previous rating. Was very disappointed in my overall experience with this company. Extremely poor communication - updates on my case only happened if I requested them, sometimes even 8 months or more of silence. So much more that could have been done, and in a much shorter timeframe. Took 3 times longer to settle my case than I was originally told. No assistance was given or medical rights explained even though they knew my injuries prevented me from getting that info myself.
Second star given only because they were at least friendly and did end up settling the case without a trial. Eventually.
I will be recommending my friends go elsewhere.
