Sharing this on behalf of a friend who had a really disappointing experience with Mukti.

He handed over all the correct documents and details, yet the tax return was completely messed up. Now he’s the one chasing down CRA to fix the mess something that should’ve never happened in the first place. Mukti initially promised to correct the issue at no cost, then suddenly demanded a weird “survival fee.”

This guy doesn’t honor his word and clearly lacks the knowledge or professionalism to handle tax filings properly. Everything was chaotic and poorly handled from start to finish. Think twice before trusting him with your taxes. it’s just not worth the hassle.
