They kindly accepted my request for a last minute appointment giving me hope that I was able to get my document notarized the day before it was due. Only to then cancel the day before the appointment leaving me struggling to find a new notary the day before the document was due. Very unprofessional and quite rude if I’m going to be honest. The receptionist was chill though.

Outstanding outcome in handling the sale of my home under exceptional circumstances - the buyers' notary breached the closing undertaking and deposited a post-dated cheque that couldn't be cashed so they had title and I had nothing! It was an unnerving situation to be in, to say the least! Lilina and her team were all over it and she quickly drafted and registered a legal claim to protect me. It was very reassuring to be back in control of the situation. We're now negotiating a settlement. And best of all, no extra fees for all that extra work! The rest of the firm were also excellent to deal with: professional, knowledgeable and kept me updated on everything. Tip top!

Utterly fabulous! I have a had a series of loathsome interactions with Lawyers - but Lysenko Law turned that around. I was able to deal with an estate from a distance, under very tight timelines for a reasonable price. Then they helped me navigate a rather tricky sale (the property didn't fall into any normal bins.) They really impressed me. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Honestly, I can't speak highly enough of the Lysenko team. In dealing with a property purchase, Michele was instrumental in ensuring everything went through, even though our bank couldn't seem to get the paperwork correct on their end. The Lysenko team jumped in and helped stick handle everything while I was travelling overseas, and we would have been utterly lost without them.

In addition to being highly competent, the team was a pleasure to work with. Rossland is so lucky to have such an incredible legal team!

If you need a notary don’t expect a call back. No one answers the phone or calls back. They mustn’t need the business in the busy Metropolis of Rossland! Glad I had to head to Calgary. Called, phone answered, appointment booked on date required. Worth the 8 hr drive if you need something done.

Not sure how the lawyers are couldn't get past the rudeness of whoever handles the phone calls. Was asking why I was involved with aiding my parents in a real estate deal. Medical issues are not her concern. The tone was terrible and I immediately knew it wouldn't be a good fit based on her questioning and perceived judgment. I also called Rockies Law and the phone conversation was a night and day difference. I will be staying with them.
