I used Lypkie Henderson to work through a workplace severance dispute. While the results of my settlement were acceptable, I wasn't overly satisfied with how my case was handled within Lypkie Henderson. I found all correspondences between me and counsel incredibly slow, causing the process to drag on for months longer than it should have. Also, my counsel neglected to put a time frame for settlement with the opposing counsel, again, dragging out the settlement for 6 additional weeks. All of this could've been avoided. The opposing counsel was much more efficient with their correspondences than my counsel was.
All said, the legal work conducted resulted in me enhancing my severance, which i'm thankful for, but the way in which it was handled within Lypkie Henderson was not.
