We visited Bridgewater and Mahone Bay area for 5 days and ate at the River Pub twice. A beautiful little pub in the downtown area. We were treated two great experiences, by two excellent waitresses, Kat and Hayley.They were polite, friendy and on the ball. The kitchen is staffed by some amazing workers who take pride in making sure meals are prepared fresh and are consistent. First night it was fish and chips. Second time was Seafood chowder and a Mustang burger...
I posted a menu to check out the quality meals, also every so often they add different dishes.
They have a beautiful deck overlooking the Lehave River between the two bridges.

Incredibly impressed with the service we received when visiting this location. The customer service rep practically jumped out of their chair to offer us any help she could! She made a few recommendations on where we could go for a hike, places for lunch, and even drew a map for us with the directions!!

Lots of pamphlets available for tourist destinations all over Nova Scotia.

The bathrooms here have beautiful murals, make sure to check them out!
