After using Dianna's services for two real estate transactions over the last 5 years she has culled her practice and is no longer willing to work on real estate purchases just sales. Despite 8 weeks notice and being a returning client she refused to work with me on the sale and purchase of a property. I would avoid Dianna and look for a more professional notary who is willing to work with clients for both ends of a real estate transaction (purchase and sale).
