Lucas is definately a new kind of lawyer. Very friendly and focuses on the best and most elegant solutions to one's issues. For example, I was hiking in the desert in California when the closing on the sale of my place in North Van was to take place. I was unable to access a printer (not many printers in the desert) so I could not print out and sign the documents. Lucas' solution was to request a brief extension until my return. I docusigned the request while I was hiking in the desert, got the extension, then appeared before Lucas the morning after I arrived home to sign the closing papers. That took a tremendeous weight off my mind. I will heartily recomment Lucas Pearce for all your legal needs.
