Bad customer service.
I called in 2 mints ago, and asked for how they charge. The receptionist answered" if you ask for the fee, we probably are not good choice for you, you should try other firms"

Couldn't pass through receptionist to really know how they do.

I read your response. As a customer, what reason you have, you could tell us nicely. Rather than say find someone else. I was nice and didn't get loud or anything like that. Your receptionist is rude and lack of manner. That's the reason I gave you 1 star. Please do not make it sound like I was make it difficult on her. She had a sore throat that was really hard to hear, I tried to be nice and apologized couple time to her to repeat what she said. She just told me find other firm.

Real estate lawyers are a bit like plumbers—you’d rather not have to hire one if you don’t need to. If you do need to, though, which you evidently do in purchasing a property, I can’t see why you wouldn’t want to go with Lopatka. He clearly knows what he’s doing, he seems a regular guy with a vast store of real estate knowledge and experience, and given that there are at least two parties involved, he gives you the clear sense that he’s on your side and, with his able assistant, is looking out for issues and snags that you likely don’t understand and that could bite you if you ignore or try to address them on your own.

Nicole is the worst receptionist one can ever deal with; and looking at your recent reviews of she has ill treated customers, there’s not a single action taken.
Wish we could give you guys an absolute zero, only because of how rudely your so called receptionist treats others, from her own lack of understanding and incompetence of remembering previous tasks, despite of having communication trails.

Nicole and Philip make an outstanding team. Nicole was informative right from our very first conversation on the phone. She could probably hear my voice wavering as most of the time she had to re explain things and always asked me if I had any more questions.
Philip took the time to go through every paper I had to sign as I probably had this lost look on my face most of the time. Our appointment definitely went over the 1 hour period and I definitely appreciate the time given. A mortgage is a big commitment and responsibility and I didn’t walk away feeling like I had no idea what I was in for.
Don’t even get me started with the complications and delays ON MY SUPPOSED possession date. But I’m so grateful I had Nicole and Phillip behind me. Thank you both for being amazing advisories and advocating for me.
