Extremely poor experience and first impression. They clearly have ZERO systems in place to onboard new clients. Secretary was very abrupt and borderline rude. Now, instead of gaining a new client, they get a 1-star review. Too bad.

AI will eat firms like this in the near future.

Kendra Goertzen lies in court as if it was no problem. Has no respect for clients and other parties privacy. She made sexual advances towards me through texts, phone calls and even outside the court.

Terrible customer service, doesn't fight for her clients interests, completely unprofessional in manner and paperwork (resulting in extra days in a custody dispute) with a complete lack of caring or concern over thier clients.

Refused to have a meeting with her client because she brought her 1 year old with her (she's a single mom), made mistakes on paperwork in regards to giving extra days in a custody dispute, admitted to mistakes then tried suggesting that the mistake was better anyway.... Didn't fight for her client, instead tried to make things easier for herself. Every meeting was seen as an "inconvenience" to her and completely rude.

Lawyer (Kendra Goertzen) didn't care at all about issues/concerns presented to her. Made a single mother come down multiple times for meaningless small discussions, which could easily be handled in one email or phone call just to rack up billable hours with no concern of her clients needs.

Never seen a client get treated or talked to in the manner that Kendra Goertzen did, completely unacceptable to treat someone like that, period.

If you need a lawyer and if you go here DO NOT hire Kendra Goertzen!!! She really doesn’t care about her clients,when I asked for legal advice she actually told me to hire a lawyer(when she was already hired)!!! It really seems she only cares about money. There are far better lawyers in Winnipeg that actually care about people and not just $$$!

Not pleased with the outcome of my legal aid representation as their lawyer was too busy on the road. Yes, she has excellent response time as I paid nearly $1400 to have nothing filed.

If I could give her a zero I would. The owner didn't call us back when we lodged a complaint about her. Mr. Martens is as bad as the fraud who works in that office and calls herself a lawyer. Kendra Goertzen is a joke.

Needed a document notarized, in and out of the building in less then 1/2 an hour. Not only was this the least expensive place in the surrounding area but it was completed the same day I inquired. Other places around town want to charge $50 - $150 and would of taken up to 2 days to be completed, I was able to get mine completed within 3 hours of inquiring and less then $40 taxes in.
