Real estate transactions are generally straight forward. However, Lisa dropped the ball on properly filing documentation for a legal right of way in our real estate purchase. Her mistake was eventually rectified by another lawyer, at OUR expense of over $14K for HER mistake. I find it hard to believe that this law firm has won the Parry Sound reader's choice award 11 times!
