What a fantastic store!!! Excellent selection and Fabulous Customer Service!!! Family owned and far exceeds the chain furniture stores! Great prices are just a bonus to the experience of shopping here!
We were recently looking for a New Couch, we had been searching and could not find the specific size, colour and shape we needed. We came across this location while driving through Hanover, popped in and there it was. Exactly what we needed.
Sandi was so helpful, and she got us set up with Delivery and they also took our old couch which was an absolute bonus and didn’t charge us a fortune for this service.
The delivery team was excellent, arrived at the exact date and specific time they had told us. They had the new couch in and set up in a timely manor. Very thoughtful and kind as well.
While other places we had been had pushy sales people who followed you around the stores and then hounded with texts and calls after your visit, plus wanted a lot extra $$$ for delivery, which also gives you a time frame, so you would need to be home all day. And none we spoke to takes your old furniture.
It was an extremely refreshing experience at Liquidation Outlet in Hanover!
We would highly recommend it!

All I can say is WOW! We will be repeat customers and tell all our friends to shop with Rick at Liquidators Outlet.
First of all the, product is beautiful and the prices are competitive. We chose 3 items for our new home in Port Elgin. We got into our place and realized at 8 pm one of the parts of our bed was damaged. We called the next morning and by 3 pm that day Rick drove over and delivered a new piece to us. Exceptional service. Thanks again, Rick.

After many good experiences with Liqudators most recently was not the case. The arm frame broke on my new couch. With much hassle and almost being told I was not being honest about how it broke I am to receive a new couch. However to get the couch I have to return the broken one and pick up the new one myself. Very poor customer service. I will not purchase any thing at this store again.
