Went to speak regarding hubby's ICBC injuries. I point out several errors in the docu-sign contract his "most experienced" little helper has set up. What a joke, can't make a contract and you're a lawyer I recommend not going here unless you want this type of sub-par service.

Finally got an appointment due to a fantastic assistant.
20 min waiting in reception after scheduled appointment. Waste of my time.
