Rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I would suggest finding one of the many other local notaries. For sake of reference I needed one document notarized. He determined it would cost 200.00. I found another notary who charged 35.00

Lilian and his team are awesome, they go above and beyond to help/assist their clients.
